Deposit
To begin work on a commission, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required upfront. This deposit covers the artist’s cost of materials and the time invested during the initial stages of the project.

Progress

Progress photos will be shared as the piece approaches completion. At this stage, you may request any changes if needed. The final piece will then be ready to ship and display.

Remaining Balance
The remaining 70% of the total cost is due upon completion of the piece and must be paid before the final shipment of the product.

Turnaround Time
The estimated turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and the artist’s current workload. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
