All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe and other listed providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Timeframes vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and delays can occur, especially during busy periods or due to external factors.

We are not responsible for customs charges, import taxes, or delays caused by local postal services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (often made-to-order or limited edition), all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, prints, images, text, logos, branding elements, and other content displayed on this website (collectively referred to as “Content”) are the sole property of Sharon Harrison and are protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All artworks featured on this site, including but not limited to original paintings, limited edition prints, digital artworks, and photographic representations of artworks, remain the intellectual property of Sharon Harrison, even after purchase. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the image for commercial purposes.

You may not, under any circumstances:

Copy, download, screenshot, save, reproduce or distribute any artwork or images from this website without explicit written permission from Sharon Harrison.

Use images of artworks on social media, websites, or marketing materials without proper credit and permission.

Personal Use

Buyers are welcome to display their purchased artwork in their home or workplace and share images of their purchased pieces on social media, provided proper credit is given to Sharon Harrison (e.g. tagging @sharonharrisonart or referencing www.sharonharrisonart.com.au when sharing).

Sharing images for non-commercial, personal enjoyment is fine — but please do not crop out signatures or watermarks, misrepresent the work as your own, or use it in a way that devalues the original intention or creator.

Licensing & Reproduction Requests
